- Simply fill out the property information sheet I provide for you and I take care of the rest!
- Details matter! I make sure all of the most show stopping features of a home are captured that will attract buyers to your listings over others.
- Not satisfied? We revise until you are, simple as that!
- Listing description will be emailed to you no later than 48 hours after your property information sheet is submitted. Quick & easy!
TRANSACTION COORDINATION
$500 PER CONTRACT, $600 DUAL END
-Enter contact and opportunity into Command (applies to KW database)
- Submit docs to office for compliance
- Act as liaison for agent to parties of the sale
- Verify due diligence and earnest money received
- Prepare and send out disclosure packet (listing side)
- Notify agent of all contractual deadlines
- Order Home Warranty (if applicable)
- Order NHD Report
- Ensure all contractual deadlines are met
- Submit commission to MCA
